A building company with turnover of over £1 million...At the beginning of the day there was obvious tension
between the directors. It became clear that this was due to a different interest
in the future. Everyone got down to business and let the structure of the Strategic Planning Toolkit work for them. By the end of the day a management buy-out plan had been agreed in principle and there were handshakes and smiles all round. The lesson here is that long term differences do not go away but dealing with them is beneficial for all. |
