To ensure
customer satisfaction we operate the following controls:

agree the action plan with the client before significant expenditure is
incurred.

We
have formal sign-offs to confirm satisfaction at key stages during projects.

On
large or long duration projects we will provide our brief status reports on
a weekly basis.
 |
We
will hold a formal end of project review and will provide an end-of-project
assessment form for completion by the client.
 |
We
will contact the client post-completion to check
the Client’s continuing satisfaction.
