We will keep client information confidential at all stages.

We will propose sustainable solutions not quick fixes.

We will always try to maximise the benefit and minimise the cost of any proposed solution.

We will not to take on work that can be done more efficiently or effectively by the client.

We will work closely with the client to ensure continuity of the project when we depart.

We aim to build long term relationships.

To ensure customer satisfaction we operate the following controls:

We agree the action plan with the client before significant expenditure is incurred.

We have formal sign-offs to confirm satisfaction at key stages during projects.

On large or long duration projects we will provide our brief status reports on a weekly basis.

We will hold a formal end of project review and will provide an end-of-project assessment form for completion by the client.

We will contact the client post-completion to check the Client’s continuing satisfaction.
